The easy way to write foreign characters in macOS
If you’ve ever tried to type a language other than English on an English keyboard you’ve experienced the struggle of needing to type specific letters that simply don’t exist on your keyboard. Or maybe you’re using a Spanish keyboard but need to write Swedish and you’re missing some letters.
The lazy solution would be to simply type ñ as n or switch ö to o. But that won’t look good to anyone.
How to change the language of your keyboard on a Mac
Luckily macOS makes it easy to switch your keyboard output to any language. With this setting, you can type any language regardless of what’s printed on the keys of your keyboard. And switching between languages is easy in case you’re bilingual and constantly switch between different languages.
